Wedding DJ Servies at Liberty Grand Toronto

Liberty Grand Toronto is a regular Wedding venue for Kooltempo Toronto Wedding DJ Services. We regularly provide Wedding DJ Services, Corporate Event DJ Services, Toronto Wedding Photo Booth rentals at the Liberty Grand.

This featured event was a summer wedding at the Liberty Grand where we provided Wedding DJ services for the Ceremony, Cocktails at the Wedding Reception.

Ceremony:
The Wedding Ceremony was held at the the beautiful outdoor Courtyard conducted by our friend Tade Credgeur - The Marrying Lady. It was indeed an awesome ceremony. Judge it your self!

We played piano covers for the prelude and music for the bridesmaid processional,  Bride+Dad followed by license signing and the recessional.

Cocktail Hour:
Following the wedding ceremony, the guests remained in the courtyard for the cocktail hour. We played soft lounge music with a Cafe Del Mar touch

Main Reception:
The main wedding reception was kicked off with the Grand Entrance of the wedding party. The couple entered the reception area and continued with the First Dance right after the introductions. For dinner music we played a mix of soft jazz and a play list selected by the bride and the groom (Their favorites)

At the latter part of the dinner, the couple cut the cake followed by a few games before opening up the dance floor with the parents dances.

We played a mic of Top 40 hits, Hip-Hop. Dance hall, Soca (Brides Favorites) and some throwback from 90's. It was a packed dance floor with guests having an awesome time.

Wedding at Vaughan Estate - The Estates of Sunnybrook

Vaughan Estates at The Estates of Sunnybrook is a regular location that Kooltempo Toronto DJ Team DJs. Sunnybrook Estates has three separate buildings namely Vaughan Estates, Mclene House & The Coach House and this featured wedding was held in the main Ballroom of the Vaughan Estate. 

Wedding Ceremony

 

The Wedding Ceremony was held at at an offsite location for which the couple hired a love two piece band. Kooltempo Toronto Wedding DJ team recommended and provide suggestions although we were not part of the Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail Hour & Dinner Music

After the Wedding Ceremony the Guests arrived at the Reception Venue (Vaughan Estate) and the Koolempo Toronto Wedding DJ Team played a selection of light jazz music. The Introductions of the couple and the Wedding Party was fairly standard and the couple did their first Dance soon after they entered the main ballroom. The Dinner music was a selection of Jazz and Italian music since the Groom was Italian. The Happy Couple did not opt for any kissing or centerpiece give away games.. although they obliged when people clinked the glasses

Dancing

 

Once the Parents Dance was completed the Dancing started with a selection of Greek Music starting with "Oraia Pou Einai I Nifi Mas" as the Bride was Greek. The Greek Dancing lasted for approximately 15mins and then the Kooltempo Toronto Wedding DJs started the standard Dance music with a selection of R&B, Hip-Hop-, 80-90's Hits followed by Top 40. Based on the request of the Groom the DJ also played a selection of Classic Rock and few Heavy Metal songs. As usual the Kooltempo Wedding DJ Toronto Team kept everyone entertained and the dance floor was packed till the end of the night.

DJ Set-up

 

Since the couple opted not to have a Head Table the DJ booth was positioned right in the center of the Dance floor and was very prominent. Therefore the Kooltempo Toronto DJ team made sure the DJ booth was elegantly set-up and the Dance Lights was away from the main visible area to ensure the photos couples dance photos came out elegantly. During the main cocktail hour the Lights were focused on the Cake to draw attention from the guests as the entered the reception hall.
